Western Edge Youth Arts creates a playful site-specific fusion between performance and celebration at the new Signal youth arts centre on the north bank of the Yarra.
Frolic was created by Western Edge’s Cymbeline Buhler in collaboration with culturally diverse young people across Melbourne’s western suburbs.
